This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official offer (public offer) from GANDALF SOFT LLC, a legal entity registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, located at 15th floor, Chustiy MFU building, Somonbozor Street, Olmazor district, Tashkent city, and is intended for individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") to enter into a contract for web development services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

   1.1. The Provider provides the following web development services to the Client:

   • Development and creation of websites using modern technologies and standards;
   • Design and development of user interfaces for web applications;
   • Integration of existing systems and databases with web platforms;
   • Support, maintenance, and optimization of web projects;
   • Other web development services agreed upon by the parties.

2. PRICE AND PAYMENT

   2.1. The cost of the Services is determined individually for each project, taking into account its complexity, scope, and specific requirements of the Client.

   2.2. Payment terms for the Services and the issuance of invoices are specified in the service contract.

   2.3. All prices are stated in Uzbekistan Som (UZS) and include taxes and fees applicable in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. TERMS OF PERFORMANCE

   3.1. The timelines for the provision of the Services are agreed upon with the Client and specified in the service contract.

   3.2. The Provider strives to deliver the Services within the agreed timelines, taking into account the complexity and volume of work.

4. LIABILITY OF PARTIES

   4.1. The Contractor bears full responsibility for the quality of the Services performed in accordance with the service agreement.

   4.2. The Client is responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of the Services, as well as for timely payment for the services rendered.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

   5.1. All intellectual property created during the provision of the Services remains the property of the Provider until full payment for the services by the Client.

   5.2. The Client undertakes not to use, distribute, or modify the Provider's intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

   6.1. The parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of all commercial, technical, and other information received from each other during the provision of the Services .

   6.2. Confidential information may not be disclosed to third parties without the prior written consent of the party that provided such information.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

   7.1. This Offer comes into effect from the moment of its publication on the Provider's website and remains valid until it is withdrawn.

   7.2. All disputes and disagreements arising between the parties during the provision of the Services shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes may be referred to court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
