Personal Data processing Policy of «GANDALF SOFT» LLC

  1. General provisions

    This policy for the processing of personal data is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" dated 02.07.2019 No. ЗРУ-547 and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data by OOO "GANDALF SOFT" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

    This policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors of the website on the Internet at https://sombra.uz (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

    This Policy applies directly to the Website and the information obtained through it. The Policy does not apply to any other websites and is not applicable to third-party websites that may contain references to the Website or from which the Website may be linked, as well as links from the Website to other websites on the Internet.

  2. Key concepts used in the Policy

    2.1. Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data using computer technology;

    2.2. Blocking of personal data - temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

    2.3. Information system of personal data - a set of databases containing personal data and ensuring their processing with the use of information technologies and technical means;

    2.4. Depersonalization of personal data - actions that make it impossible to determine the belonging of personal data to a specific User or another subject of personal data without using additional information;

    2.5. Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or a combination of actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools or without using such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;

    2.6. Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website on the Internet at https://sombra.uz;

    2.7. User - any visitor of the website on the Internet at https://sombra.uz;

    2.8. Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;

    2.9. Distribution of personal data - any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transferring personal data) or acquainting an unlimited circle of persons with personal data, including publication of personal data in mass media, placing in information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;

    2.10. Destruction of personal data - any actions as a result of which personal data are irreversibly destroyed with the impossibility of further restoring the content of personal data in the information system of personal data and/or as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

  3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:

    • Last name, first name, patronymic;
    • Company name;
    • Phone number;
    • Email address;
    • Additionally, the website collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including "cookie" files).

  4. Purposes of personal data processing

    4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending emails in response to their inquiries through the "Feedback" form.

    4.2. The Operator also has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always opt-out of receiving informational messages by sending an email to the Operator at contact@sombra.uz with the subject line "Opting out of notifications about new products and services and special offers."

    4.3. Anonymized data of Users collected through internet statistics services are used to gather information about Users' actions on the website, improve the quality and content of the website.

  5. Legal basis for personal data processing

    5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if they have been filled out and/or submitted by the User voluntarily through the special "Feedback" form on the website https://sombra.uz. By filling out the relevant forms and/or submitting their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.

    5.2. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if it is allowed in the User's browser settings (enabling the storage of "cookie" files and the use of JavaScript technology).

  6. Procedure for collecting, storing, transferring, and other types of personal data processing

    6.1. The security of the Operator's processed personal data is ensured by implementing the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation on the protection of personal data.

    6.2. The Operator ensures the security and confidentiality of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.

    6.3. The User's personal data will never be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the execution of applicable legislation.

    6.4. In case of inaccuracies in the personal data, the User can update them independently by notifying the Operator via email at the Operator's email address contact@sombra.uz with the subject line "Updating personal data".

    6.5. The processing period of personal data is unlimited. The User can withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator via email to the Operator's email address contact@sombra.uz with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data".

  7. Dispute resolution

    7.1. Before filing a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from the relationship under this Policy between the Operator and the User, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution).

    7.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

    7.3. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the Operator and the User are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

  8. Final provisions

    8.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy without the User's consent.

    8.2. The User can obtain any clarifications regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at contact@sombra.uz.

    8.3. Any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.

    8.4. The current version of the Policy is freely available on the Internet at https://sombra.uz.
